Lightroom CC image editing tutorials

I’ve been using Photoshop to adjust my images for many years without really understanding what I’m doing, and have always thought that Lightroom was simply a cut-down version of Photoshop. So when I learned that it is in fact specifically geared towards image editing for photographers I decided to try it out and to learn how to use it properly with the help of Adobe’s 10-part Lightroom CC tutorial series. The two-hour course covered everything from bringing images into Lightroom and adjusting them, to various ways of exporting them for different purposes. I was really impressed with both the quality of the tuition and Lightroom itself, which will from now on be my default image editing application. It’s much easier to use than Photoshop, with all the image editing tools a photographer needs laid out in easy-access slider palettes, and offering some powerful auto adjustments and presets that can be used as starting points for achieving the look and feel you want.
